About the role

  • This is a full-time, onsite role splitting time between our Los Altos and San Mateo clinics.

Responsibilities

  • Guide and support teams in day-to-day management with an eye toward scaling without compromising quality
  • Actively oversee admissions and directly manage the intake process, assisting in the development of individualized treatment plans and level-of-care transitions
  • Lead and supervise an interdisciplinary team
  • Directly engage in the care of complex patients, offering support and intervention as needed
  • Devise and implement strategic initiatives in partnership with clinical and operational stakeholders to elevate quality of care and cost-efficiency
  • Proactively identify and address issues and document lessons for future processes
  • Guide and support teams in day-to-day management with an eye toward scaling without compromising quality; craft strategic plans to evolve current procedures
  • Lead and supervise an interdisciplinary team; conduct daily care coordination meetings to oversee treatment plans

Compensation

  • Amae Health is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
  • Base salary range for this role is 135,000 - $155,000.
