About the role
- As a Customer On-Site, you will serve as the main point of contact between Traba's workforce and our client's on-site leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Worker & Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with site supervisors and workers, ensuring both receive timely updates, feedback, and support.
- Worker Support & Performance: Assist workers with clock-ins, pay questions, and performance feedback
- Communication & Reporting: Act as the bridge between the client site, Traba Ops, and Worker Support teams - communicating key updates, attendance issues, or staffing changes clearly and professionally.
- Account Growth: Identify and drive wallet expansion opportunities within the account.
- Build strong relationships with site supervisors and workers, ensuring both receive timely updates, feedback, and support.

Requirements
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) required.
- Professional demeanor and ability to represent Traba with both workers and client stakeholders.
- Warm, friendly, and approachable, with the ability to coach workers and confidently enforce standards.
Nice to have
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
