About the role

  • We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant to work collaboratively with our physicians and nurse practitioners, serving as a vital part of our clinical team.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive clinical tasks including taking patient histories, vital signs, and documenting in the EMR.
  • Manage administrative duties such as scheduling, billing support, phone calls, and faxing.
  • We invest in our providers' development and support their journey toward excellence.

Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) from an accredited program.
  • Current BLS Certification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience with: EMR/EHR systems Taking vital signs Phlebotomy Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Excellent bedside manner and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel to our Aurora, IL location.
  • Certification required.
  • Your expertise will directly impact patient outcomes, reduce hospital readmissions, and improve quality of life.

Compensation

  • $22k-$25k
