About the role
- Axos Bank Target Range: $24.30/Hr. - $30.00/Hr.
- Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
Responsibilities
- Provide support in managing the loan portfolio within the Real Estate Lender Finance Group
- Play a lead role in implementing process improvements, authoring procedures, and writing job aids that document the day-to-day responsibilities of Portfolio Analysts
- The Portfolio Analyst II will support Credit & Portfolio Management by working with commercial borrowers and the portfolio management team to monitor loans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- 2+ years' experience in underwriting, structuring, or portfolio management of commercial real estate transactions
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in client relations and process improvement
- Manual dexterity and coordination are required while operating standard office equipment such as computer keyboard and mouse, calculator, telephone, copiers, etc.
- Analyst must have ability to manage multiple workflows and adapt to changing demands to meet business objectives
- While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to sit for extended periods of time
