The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the telecommunications ecosystem and a strong background in a client - facing SaaS or CCaaS environment.
Please note, to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in the USA.
Maintain an up to date knowledge and understanding of suppliers and their processes to ensure that proposed solutions can be delivered in required timescales.
Produce costs to support the technical design as required.
Knowledge and Awareness
Develop a strong understanding of the company's products and services and be able to communicate this technical knowledge to all audiences.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
