About the role
- Steward the new business process through evaluation of new business, performing risk assessments and ensuring comprehensive data collection for underwriting decisions.
- The role includes reviewing endorsements, setting coverage terms and generating quotes.

- Participate in structured training program to develop underwriting expertise.
- Support underwriters throughout the underwriting process, assisting with risk assessments, policy issuance and documentation.

Requirements
- Associates degree or equivalent years of experience.
- Proficient computer skills required, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to deal with ambiguity.
- Excellent organizational skills, including ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
- Demonstrated successful ability to input data with a high accuracy rating, and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
