Coordinate travel arrangements and manage ticket requests for internal stakeholders.
Maintain department records, timesheets, and office equipment systems.
Place and manage venue holds; update and maintain our proprietary venue booking calendar with accuracy and timeliness.
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Ticketing, Finance, Production, Facilities) on event logistics from booking to wrap-up.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Manage the contract administration process from initiation through execution, coordinating legal documentation, monitoring workflow milestones, and ensuring all required steps are completed in accordance with established procedures.
Bachelor's degree required; Music Industry or related field preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
