Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize the maintenance work management system, including planning, scheduling, backlog, and notification processes.
  • Drive planning and scheduling discipline to ensure realistic, prioritized, and fully resourced maintenance schedules.
  • Manage maintenance backlogs and prioritize work based on asset criticality, operational requirements, and business risk.
  • Own maintenance cost control, forecasting, budgeting, and effective utilization of labor, materials, and contracted services.
  • Coordinate maintenance, operations, reliability, and supply chain teams to support efficient execution of work plans.
  • Develop planner and scheduler capabilities while driving continuous improvement and adherence to maintenance management standards.
  • Proven coaching and team development capabilities to build planning and scheduling excellence.

Requirements

  • Ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders across maintenance, operations, and supply chain teams.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to balance competing operational demands.

Nice to have

  • supply chain or operations specialization is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably Mechanical or Industrial Engineering

Compensation

  • As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
  • $102,100.00-$136,166.67 Annual
  • This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
  • Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).
  • Incentive Compensation:
