About the role

Responsibilities
- You will work closely with clients, project managers, engineers, data scientists, and other developers to deliver tools and strategies for optimizing industrial processes.
- Guidehouse is seeking an Industrial Engineering Senior Consultant who will support the delivery of modeling and simulation solutions, recommendations for continuous improvement and operational excellence, and an implementation plan to close process gaps for various manufacturing processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- FIVE (5) years + of experience related to Industrial Engineering or general engineering discipline
Nice to have
- Experience with value stream mapping of manufacturing processes
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with analysis of current and future state of industrial manufacturing processes and developing plan for closing gaps
- Knowledge of discrete event simulation and supporting software (Simio, Arena, FlexSim, etc.)
