About the role

Responsibilities
- Design and implement core system architecture that will form the backbone of our payment infrastructure
- Build essential components including workflow engines, partner integrations, ledgering systems, and public APIs

Requirements
- 4+ years of professional software development experience
- Our codebase is written in Ruby, but we value engineering fundamentals over specific language expertise
- Track record of owning projects end-to-end and making sound technical decisions
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Background in cryptocurrency/blockchain development
- Experience with API design and implementation
- Frontend development experience

Compensation
- The base salary range for this role is $175,000 - $225,000, commensurate with experience.
