About the role

  • You will be excited to share your knowledge to help prepare staff, camp spaces, caregivers, and campers for a successful camp experience.
  • During camp (June 22-August 14), you will work onsite at Powisset for up to 5 hours per day on Mondays to observe campers in their daily activities.
  • Tuesdays through Fridays, you will be available remotely for review of camper records, parent communications, remote consultation, and onsite work if needed.

Requirements

  • Effective documenter of camper behavior and ability to share observations and ideas to caregivers and camp staff.
  • Experience working with children with diverse needs, abilities, and interests.

  • Powisset Farm is a 109-acre working CSA vegetable farm with a vibrant learning garden, barnyard animals, culinary program for all ages, scenic trails, engaging education programs, and deep history that make this a special place to visit and work.
