About the role
- Assist the Chief Engineer in overseeing the daily operations of the Engineering Department Perform preventive maintenance on hotel equipment, systems, and facilities Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general building systems Complete work orders and maintenance requests in a timely manner Assist with assigning and prioritizing maintenance tasks for Engineering team members Monitor property conditions and identify repair or replacement needs Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation Support a safe work environment by following company policies and safety regulations Work closely with other departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience Respond promptly and professionally to guest maintenance concerns
