Responsibilities

  • Family Support & Child Assistance
  • Support evening routines including play, dinner, and bedtime
  • Create and/or maintain household organization systems
  • Administrative Support
  • Maintain awareness of the family calendar to anticipate household needs
  • Maintain a smoke-free environment.
  • We're a warm, close family that believes the right support creates more time for connection, more peace at the end of long days, and more opportunities to enjoy the moments that matter most.
  • We already have wonderful support for deep cleaning and outdoor maintenance, but what we're missing is the person who keeps everything connected between those services-the steady, dependable presence who helps our home feel calm instead of reactive.
  • We're looking for a trusted partner in our family's day to day.
  • We hope to find someone who enjoys creating order, building systems, and anticipating needs before they become stressful.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Reliable personal transportation and valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
  • Experience working with young children required
  • You enjoy finding simple, sustainable systems that make everyday life easier, and you find real satisfaction in knowing your work helps an entire family breathe a little easier.
  • Candidates are required to be up to date on recommended vaccinations in line with American Academy of Pediatrics and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines (including COVID-19 and flu vaccinations), subject to applicable legal accommodations.

Compensation

  • $30-$35 per hour, based on experience, W2

Benefits

  • Provide date night or late-meeting evening coverage, approximately 1-2 times per month
  • Event/holiday/guest prep (as needed)
  • Reliable personal transportation and valid driver's license with a clean driving record required; mileage reimbursement provided
