Responsibilities
- Build a pipeline from zero: research, prospect, sequence, call, text, DM, and book demos you'll eventually close as an AE.
- Spearfish strategic accounts: develop multi-threaded relationships with operators and HR leaders.
- Extreme Ownership - Own the whole outcome; no excuses, just solutions.
- Owner Mindset - You own outcomes end-to-end; no task is "not my job."

Requirements
- You are selling to people who do not yet know what AI can do for them.
- That means you have to be confident, and you have to genuinely want to sell.
- You are great at cutting through the noise.
- You are not scared to try out-of-the-box tactics to break through and land the meeting.
- Step into a proven machine: Refined talk tracks, tested sequences, and clear win stories.
