About the role
- As a Finance Operations Associate at DashQ, you will help keep our financial operations organized, accurate, and running smoothly.
- This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of relevant experience who is detail-oriented, comfortable with numbers, and excited to grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Track company subscriptions and vendor payments, and help identify opportunities to reduce unnecessary spend.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day finance operations with a focus on accuracy, organization, and process consistency. Prepare and manage client invoicing, track accounts receivable, and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve billing questions and maintain accurate records.
- Support month-end close activities, including reconciliations, variance tracking, and reporting preparation.
- Support day-to-day finance operations with a focus on accuracy, organization, and process consistency.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in finance operations, accounting support, bookkeeping, accounts receivable, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience using QuickBooks Online is required.
- Working knowledge of accounting and financial operations principles
- formal accounting designation is not required.
- Ability to stay organized, prioritize effectively, and follow through in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort collaborating across teams and communicating clearly with non-finance stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting month-end processes, payroll coordination, invoicing, or reconciliations.
- Familiarity with workplace and operational tools such as Asana, Float, and Google Workspace.
- Experience in a startup, SaaS, or high-growth environment.
Compensation
- The salary range for this role is $60,000-$80,000.
