About the role
- Job Description: Application Development Engineer Huntsman is seeking an Application Development Engineer supporting the Advanced Materials Division located in HATC, Texas.
- Based at the Huntsman Advanced Technology Center (HATC), the position plays a critical role in enabling product adoption, supporting innovation, and driving technical excellence across key market segments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience working with thermoset materials, including epoxy and polyurethane systems.
- Strong knowledge of resin chemistry, formulation development, and structure-property relationships.
- Experience with material characterization and analytical techniques (e.g., DSC, TGA, viscosity, thermal conductivity, and mechanical testing).
- You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.

Nice to have

- Exposure to manufacturing scale-up and industrial processes.
- Working Environment
- Laboratory and office environment with routine interaction with manufacturing and customer facilities.
- Occasional travel may be required to support customer trials, product qualifications, and technical engagements.
