About the role
- As Project Executive, you will provide overall leadership and accountability for construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful delivery across all phases.
Responsibilities
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships that drive repeat business and continued client satisfaction.
- Comprehensive knowledge of General Construction and Design Build Contracts, means and methods, scheduling, cost control, and risk management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead preconstruction efforts, influence design and budgeting decisions, and deliver value-driven outcomes for owners.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines.
