- This role may serve as Scrum Master for an agile delivery team or as project manager for an initiative or Zoro Technology Request (ZTR) with a defined scope and end.
- In both cases, they are responsible for planning, execution, and successful delivery of outcomes.

Requirements
- 4+ years of project/product delivery experience in Agile environments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, SDLC, and project management concepts.
- Agile certification required (CSM, CSPO, PMI-ACP, or equivalent).
- Advanced experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).

- PMP certification preferred.

Compensation
- The pay range provided is not a guarantee of compensation.
- $71,800 - $119,600 USD
