About the role

  • This role requires hands-on construction experience, attention to detail, and a passion for bringing large-scale green projects to life.
  • Schedule: Full-Time | 6:00 am - 5:00 pm (hours vary by project)

Responsibilities

  • Implement installation of living wall structural frameworks, waterproofing, irrigation plumbing systems, and planting
  • Collaborate with project managers, field supervisors, and team members to deliver projects on schedule and at high quality

Skills

  • Proficiency with equipment and power tools used on commercial projects
  • Physical Ability: Able to carry 60 lbs. minimum and work from heights
  • Communicative: Reliable and clear communication over phone and online/mobile platforms

Compensation

  • Travel: Must be willing to travel up to 20% annually for projects outside the Bay Area
