About the role

  • Shift: 12-hour AWS (Alternate Work Schedule) + overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance (PM) according to schedule and established procedures (MMM).
  • Accurately document all maintenance activities and equipment performance in tracking systems.
  • Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Leadership to:
  • Support training and certification of maintenance team members.
  • In this role, you will maintain, troubleshoot, and improve production equipment to ensure high performance, quality, and uptime.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance:
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
  • Working knowledge of control systems and/or PLCs.

Nice to have

  • Experience with one or more of the following:
  • PVD, CVD, Sputter (Balzers, Veeco, Anelva, etc.).
  • Deposition / Ion Mill:
  • Veeco IBE, DLC 350, RF350, RF240.
  • Asher, Hitachi, Matrix.
  • Plating (NiFe, MLO), SRD, NMT, Resist Strip, Chemical Etch.
  • Ebara, Strausbaugh, Disco.
  • Photolithography / Metrology:
