About the role

  • Positions available: 1 Logistics: US-based coverage (some Canada), travel around 20% expected.
  • Position is open to applicants based in the contiguous United States or Canada, and the successful candidate will need to be able to reasonably travel to their nearest airport.

Responsibilities

  • The Alimentiv Site Network Manager will be responsible to drive and deliver on the Alimentiv Site Network (ASN) Strategy.
  • This position will drive the project management, process optimization and growth of the ASN globally through identification, outreach, collaboration with and onboarding of clinical sites with a focus on enhancing clinical trial delivery.
  • This position will be responsible for developing and driving Key Performance Indicators around the success of ASN; find innovative solutions to existing and emergent challenges of patient recruitment and facilitate enhanced service delivery to sites within the ASN.

Requirements

  • 7-9 years of related experience in the clinical research industry (CRO, sponsor, SMO, or investigative site) & at minimum, an honour's Bachelors Degree (ideally
  • Strong understanding of the clinical trial lifecycle, including site feasibility, study startup, patient recruitment, and ICH-GCP/regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent relationship management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage investigators, site personnel, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience using data and performance metrics to identify opportunities, strengthen site partnerships, and improve study delivery.
  • Experience in gastroenterology or inflammatory diseases is an asset
