About the role

We're looking for an AI Content Specialist at the cutting-edge of AI content creation to join Ondo's Content team.
This role sits at the intersection of creative production, tooling innovation, and branding.

Build the Playbook: Document findings from your tool experiments and share insights with the broader team to establish best practices and operationalize AI capabilities.
Maintain Brand Excellence: Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Design teams to ensure all AI-generated assets are accurate, aligned with campaign goals, and meet our strict institutional-grade standards.
We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds.
Document findings from your tool experiments and share insights with the broader team to establish best practices and operationalize AI capabilities.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Design teams to ensure all AI-generated assets are accurate, aligned with campaign goals, and meet our strict institutional-grade standards.

Proven Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience with state-of-the-art AI image and video generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, Runway, Sora, Veo, etc.)
Builder's Mindset: You are comfortable experimenting with new tools independently and turning raw capabilities into repeatable production workflows from scratch.
Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where the technology and the playbook change weekly.
Deep, hands-on experience with state-of-the-art AI image and video generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, Runway, Sora, Veo, etc.)

Leverage an evolving stack of generative AI tools to establish new creative formats, visual styles, and rapid-prototyping workflows.
