About the role

  • Experience supporting process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Rapid Improvement, Process Redesign, Reengineering, Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), or similar frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will partner with operational leaders and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, facilitate process redesign, and implement sustainable solutions using continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and organizational leaders to identify process improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Experience utilizing data, metrics, and performance measures to evaluate outcomes, improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and support organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • Demonstrated ability to assist with project planning, implementation, and execution of operational or transformational improvement initiatives.

Nice to have

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification (Preferred)
