About the role

  • The VP of Enterprise Applications reports to the Chief Technology Officer.
  • Integration & Resilience Strategy Establish a culture of security first mindset, accountability, performance, agility, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain stringent compliance with cybersecurity, data privacy, regulatory, and audit obligations.
  • Lead executive-level vendor reviews, performance scorecards, and corrective action leadership.
  • Drive vendor accountability for uptime, support responsiveness, enhancement delivery, and cost effectiveness.
  • Continuously assess vendor landscape to support strategic sourcing and platform optimization.
  • Own the end-to-end application lifecycle, including roadmap governance, patch management, upgrades, modernization, and sunsetting.
  • Maintain a comprehensive, current application portfolio inventory and documentation footprint.
  • Technical Debt Management Collaborate with Product Owners to balance new features against the need to refactor code and pay down technical debt to ensure long-term stability.
  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities Executive Leadership & Strategy Develop and execute the enterprise-wide strategy for application support, lifecycle management, modernization, and operational excellence.
  • Lead and mature global L1, L2, and L3 support teams, system administrators, and application operations organizations.
  • Establish and maintain disciplined, ongoing engagement with business product owners for every enterprise application.

Requirements

  • Experience with major enterprise suites such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics, and large SaaS applications Exceptional executive communication, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities.

Skills

  • Provide executive guidance on application portfolio planning, architectural alignment, cloud strategy, and technology investments.
