- PAY RANGE: STARTING pay is $21-$26 an hour.
- To determine your starting pay, begin at $21.00/hour and add $0.50/hour for each year of verifiable full time work experience as an EMT.
- Annual salary increases up to 5% are based on performance, not survival time.

- You are able to reach the top of the pay scale in five years, not twenty.
- $50/hour (with 4-hour minimum) for details and teaching shifts
