About the role
- The Painter, reports to the Property Manager and is accountable for painting and preserving the condition of.
- Our Painters are polite and professional.
- They can work independently and stay focused on a task for several hours at a time.
Responsibilities
- Own work vehicle
- Comfortable working from heights i.e. exterior building painting and balconies
- Experience painting different surfaces i.e. Line painting/exterior building painting
- Possess and maintain a valid Ontario G Driver's license in good standing (clean driver's abstract)
Requirements
- Experience in Commercial painting is required.
- Knowledge and experience with exterior painting for low rise residential.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills required.
