Requirements
- I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
- 1) Detailed intensive knowledge of policies, precedents, goals, objectives, regulations, and guidelines of a functional area
- 3) Intensive knowledge of administrative and financial management systems
- 5) skill in analytical reasoning, ability to apply skill to the identification, analysis and conceptualization of budgetary problems and development of alternative solutions is required.
