- The successful candidate is responsible for providing efficient and prompt investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and settlement of complex property claims in accordance with established best practices.

Responsibilities
- The Technical Specialist is expected to support their teams through their expertise as a coach and mentor.
- Managing stressful calls and clearly deliver decisions

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Property Claims adjusting experience.
- Ability to work within and adapt to PC oriented environments, including familiarity with e-mail and Internet skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience with applying applicable case law/arbitration decisions and provincial legislation.
- Experience in establishing and monitoring litigation disposition plans.
- Strong understanding of the Claims Handling process
