About the role
- We provide a comprehensive array of services that meet the needs of patients and families across the healthcare continuum.
- By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to impact patient's lives daily and grow your career in a culture of collaboration, compassion, and commitment.
- Examples include hospice aide, OT, PT, SW, ST, Dietician or Clinical Supervisor. - Uses and prepares equipment and supplies effectively, adhering to aseptic technique. - Provides appropriate pain/symptom management.
Responsibilities
- Implements current nursing practice following a comprehensive assessment and the plan of care.
Requirements
- Current state license as an LVN/LPN
- One (1) year of experience working as an LVN/LPN
- Current BLS, hands-on CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable, insured transportation

- $32.00-$36.00 hourly
