The Foundations Manager is committed to supporting Louisiana Bridge Builders by overseeing all foundation-related construction activities across projects.
The Foundations Manager ensures projects are delivered safely on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards while driving team development and operational excellence.
Job Description This position is based (ON SITE) in Lake Charles, LA.

This role manages planning, execution, and performance of foundation work (including piling, drilled shafts, footings, and substructure components).

This position is based (ON SITE) in Lake Charles, LA.
Identify risks related to subsurface conditions, equipment, materials, and production methods
Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless field execution.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental requirements, and regulatory guidelines for all foundation work.
Review and approve RFIs, submittals, and permits related to foundation construction activities.
Track and report quantities, production rates, and cost data for accurate project financial reporting.
Prepare and present regular progress reports to the Construction Manager and project leadership.
Supervise team members including training, assigning work, performance reviews, and personnel actions.
