  • Role: Product Leader – AI & Digital Solutions Location: NYC, NY (Hybrid - 3 Days in a week) Duration: 12+ Month Contract Product Leader – AI & Digital Solutions Job Description The Product Leader will be responsible for the strategy, design, development, and delivery of AI and digital solutions across the enterprise. This role will manage initiatives from
  • ideation through enterprise-scale implementation, ensuring successful adoption and measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business leaders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, align AI and digital capabilities with strategic priorities, and deliver scalable, innovative solutions

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and strategy through execution, deployment, and optimization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and product leaders, serving as the primary liaison between the Data & Digital organization and business units.
  • Lead execution of AI and digital initiatives by coordinating resources, timelines, dependencies, and delivery across cross-functional teams.
  • Manage risks associated with AI solutions, including data security, model explainability, scalability, and platform reliability.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of: AI/ML technologies Digital platforms Data architecture Product design and delivery methodologies Experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile and enterprise environments.
  • Knowledge of data governance, responsible AI, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
  • Experience working in large-scale enterprise transformation programs.

Nice to have

  • Oversee the integration and management of structured and unstructured data into AI models and digital solutions while ensuring data quality, governance, and compliance standards.
  • Define and monitor KPIs and establish feedback mechanisms to continuously improve product performance and user adoption.
  • Ensure all AI and digital deployments adhere to ethical AI practices, security policies, privacy standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Strong understanding of:
