About the role

  • The Tsui Group is seeking a qualified and experienced candidate to join our aviation team as a Construction Logistics Specialist IV (CALM Night Shift Area Resident Manager) in Los Angeles County.
  • The NS-ARM scope includes projects within the CTA including all Terminals, Landside areas including Parking Structures as well as the Airside areas (AOA Apron and Gates).
  • The NS-ARM will be responsible for overall Area Shutdown Request (ASR) compliance and proper execution of said ASRs at the following locations: CTA Roadways, Parking Structures, CUP, Terminals, and AOA Apron and Gate Areas.

Responsibilities

  • The Night Shift Area Resident Manager (NS-ARM) will report to the Principal Construction Inspector and work in conjunction with the Roadway Area Resident Manager Lead.

Requirements

  • Bachor's degree in Architecture, Aviation, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning or other related technical field required.
  • If there are deficiencies noted, the NS-ARM will work with the contractor to correct deficiencies and will report deficiencies to the CALM Sign Shop Manager if additional signage is required.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of airport experience or 5 years of experience in other critical environment facilities

Nice to have

  • Master's degree preferred Relevant Professional Licensure and/or Certifications are strongly preferred.

Compensation

  • $168,000-$173,000 Medical, Vision, & Dental - 100% covered for the employee* Life and Disability Insurance 10.5 days of Vacation pay (Accrued) 6 days of Sick pay (Available Immediately) 10 days of Holiday pay (9 Holidays, 1 Personal Day) 3% Employer Contribution 401k (After 1 year of service) Monthly Stipend for Cell Phone Laptop for work purposes
