About the role
- This is an ideal role for someone looking to transition from finance or consulting into a high-impact operating role in a pre-IPO environment, with significant exposure to senior leadership, customers, and cross-functional teams.
- You will be a generalist wearing a lot of hats, essentially operating as the chief of staff for the GM of the Tier 1 Banks segment.
Responsibilities
- Own project management of key deliverables including QBRs, roadshows, renewals, POV readouts, and RFPs
- Support renewal strategy through sensitivity modeling, pricing analysis, and risk identification
- Partner on white space analysis to identify expansion opportunities across accounts
- Lead efforts to maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and reporting accuracy
- Drive operating cadence (weekly team meetings, deal reviews, internal QBRs)
- Partner with Sales, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, RevOps, and Finance to ensure aligned execution
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Support development and implementation of AI tools and automation strategies
- Take ownership of ambiguous, high-impact initiatives and drive them to completion

Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience (or 1-2 years post-MBA) in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or other a highly analytical role
- Experience working in demanding, high-performance environments
