About the role
- Job Description: Permian Resources (NYSE: PR) is currently seeking a Senior Accountant reporting to the Accounting Manager in Midland, Texas.
- This position will be responsible for general operations accounting duties, preparing, and recording accruals, monitoring of internal controls, audit coordination, and other ad hoc responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Record journal entries and support all aspects of the monthly close
- Contribute to special projects and perform additional duties as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of Oil and Gas accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Nice to have
- Oil and gas audit or industry experience
- Public accounting experience
