Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive monitoring and observability solutions for mission-critical systems.
- Provide technical consultation to product engineering teams on application resiliency design.

Requirements
- MS SQL Server Expert (6 years): End-to-end administration (v2008-2025) of VLDBs, including TDE/TLS security, performance tuning, and advanced T-SQL development for high-concurrency environments.
- MySQL Administration (6 years): Full lifecycle management (v5.6-8.4) on Linux, featuring XtraDB Cluster, Oracle GoldenGate, and automated SSL rotation.
- High Availability & DR (6 years): Architecting Failover Clusters, Always-On Availability Groups, Mirroring, and Replication to meet strict RTO/RPO targets.
- Database Designing (6 years): Logical/physical data modeling, normalization/denormalization, and architectural refactoring for scalability and integrity.
- Automation & DevOps (6 years): Streamlining operations via PowerShell, Python, Bash, and Ansible
- Cloud & Infrastructure (5 years): Data center migrations and managing Azure SQL (DB/MI) and GCP Cloud SQL environments.
- Business Intelligence (5 years): Designing robust BI solutions using the full Microsoft BI Stack (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS).

Compensation
- $194,419.00-219,500.00 per annum.
- Additional compensation for this role may include an annual performance bonus, equity, or other incentive compensation, as applicable.
