Job Description: At Pentair, you will work alongside passionate problem-solvers who are committed to the future of our planet.
We have an opportunity for a Production Supervisor to join our Ashland, OH team.
This role will require someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, take initiative to solve problems, and be a quick learner.

Maintain safe work environment for all employees.
Implement continuous process improvement initiatives in safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
Maintain accurate records which relate to production, attendance, quality, employees.
Perform daily audits on safety, quality, and productivity metrics.
Partner with the HR team to minimize any employee relation issues that may arise.

Able to demonstrate through experience, a proven record of supervising and scheduling numerous hourly employees in a union environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint applications.
Ability to work 2:30 pm - 11:30 pm with some flexibility.
Ability to work 2:30 pm
Participate in and be familiar with the concepts of "Lean Manufacturing."
Highly Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
11:30 pm with some flexibility.

For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $61200 - $113600 / year.
At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range.
Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location.
Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as, annual incentive bonus.
