Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand their business goals and provide strategic recommendations for HR transformation
- Ensure the successful delivery of complex Workday HCM projects, from requirements gathering to go-live support
- Mentor and develop junior and senior team members, helping them grow their technical and consulting skills
- Strong experience in leading and shaping the future of human capital management, including strategic planning and solution design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and drive change.
- A passion for technology and a desire to drive digital transformation for clients, coupled with a strong business acumen.

Requirements
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management or related field or equivalent work experience.
Nice to have
- Workday certification preferred.
Compensation
- For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus.
