About the role
- We are seeking an experienced and reliable Commercial Plasterer to join our construction team.
- The ideal candidate will be skilled in applying plaster, stucco, EIFS, and other finish systems on commercial construction projects while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.
- This position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a crew on projects ranging from commercial buildings, schools, medical office, retail, hospitals, and residential.
Nice to have
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
- Experience operating plaster pumps and spray equipment.
- Forklift, scissor lift, or boom lift certification.
- Ability to train and mentor apprentices or less experienced plasterers.
- Prepare walls, ceilings, and structural surfaces for plaster application by cleaning, repairing, and installing appropriate backing materials.
- Apply, and finish plaster, stucco, EIFS, and cementitious coatings to commercial specifications.
- Apply smooth, textured, or decorative finishes according to project requirements.
- Repair damaged plaster and stucco surfaces on renovation, restoration and new construction.
