About the role
- The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for providing the highest level of staffing services to Village Green.
- This position is responsible for full cycle recruiting for multiple professional disciplines; sourcing, attracting, selecting and hiring high quality candidates.

Responsibilities
- Partners with senior leadership to identify staffing needs and strategies
- Develops and maintains a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified leaders
- Creates and foster relationships with colleges, technical schools and diverse professional organizations to attract and recruit alumni and diversity candidates
- Manages and coordinates all communication with corporate/executive candidates
- Works closely with all hiring-managers to develop a thorough understanding of the recruiting process
- Develops an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related discipline required
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment required
- Ability to travel as required
Compensation
- $60k-$65k
