About the role
- Process personnel security clearance requests, periodic reinvestigations, and upgrades/downgrades.
- Prepare and submit visit certifications and process incoming/outgoing visit requests.
- Coordinate with government security offices on adjudication status, suitability issues, and clearance actions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct SCI indoctrinations and debriefings and maintain associated documentation.
- Maintain personnel access rosters and ensure alignment with program access requirements.
- Support continuous evaluation (CE) program requirements, including monitoring and reporting of relevant personnel security information.
- Maintain accurate personnel security case files and tracking logs in security systems of record.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency with personnel security case management/tracking systems (e.g., DISS, NBIS, e-QIP).
Nice to have
- Experience supporting Intelligence Community personnel security programs (Scattered Castles).
- Familiarity with Security Executive Agent Directive (SEAD) requirements, including SEAD 3 and SEAD 6.
