Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with current and unencumbered license to practice professional nursing in the State of Texas.
- Minimum One (1) year of adult in-home health care experience preferred.
- Excellent time management skills
- Possess and maintain valid CPR BLS certification.
- Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, basic math skills
- nursing skills per competency checklist.

Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program, preferred.
