About the role
- The Fine Dining Bus Person is responsible for supporting elevated front-of-house service by maintaining exceptional cleanliness, precision, and organization within Wynn Las Vegas.
- This role plays a critical part in delivering a seamless, refined guest experience by ensuring tables are meticulously maintained, service stations are fully prepared, and the service team is supported in real time.
- The Bus Person must operate with attention to detail, urgency, and professionalism, contributing to a polished dining environment consistent with Wynn's luxury standards.
Responsibilities
- Maintain constant awareness of table readiness to support seamless guest seating and service flow
- Guest Experience Support
- Support the service team in delivering a refined, uninterrupted dining experience
- Maintain a calm, attentive presence in a high-expectation luxury environment
- Service Support & Coordination
- Assist servers with table maintenance, water service support, and bread or service coordination as directed
- Respond quickly to requests from service staff to maintain high service standards
- Polish and maintain glassware, silverware, and china to impeccable standards
- Perform continuous quality checks to ensure all guest-facing areas are flawless
- Maintain organization of service areas to support efficient operations

- Requires ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout shift
