  • You've been the person other engineers come to when something is broken or when a design needs a second opinion.
  • You've led projects, mentored junior engineers, and made architectural decisions that stuck.
  • You may be coming from a scale-up, a big tech platform team, an engineering finance shop, or anywhere with a serious AWS footprint - what matters is that you've seen real complexity and you want more ownership over what you build.
