About the role

  • We're looking for a Workday HCM Program Manager to help shape the future of our global HR technology ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • S erve as the lead for an assigned client group, building strong relationships and becoming a trusted partner in understanding business needs, pain points, and opportunities.
  • Lead and support end-to-end Workday initiatives, including enhancements, implementations, integrations, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Finance, IT, and third-party vendors to deliver solutions that improve efficiency, strengthen data integrity, and enhance the user experience.
  • Facilitate requirements sessions, design workshops, user acceptance testing, change readiness activities, and stakeholder communications.
  • recommend opportunities to adopt new functionality that supports our future technology roadmap.
  • Create and maintain job aids, training materials, and knowledge-sharing resources to support successful adoption.

Requirements

  • B achelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, advise, and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
