About the role
- The General Counsel is responsible for supporting the implementation of Spring Venture Group's Compliance program and requires an advanced working knowledge of federal, state and local laws, rules, and regulations applicable to health insurance agencies.
- The essential duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Assist the Compliance Department in the implementation of the Company's Compliance program.
