About the role

  • obtaining quotations and assisting in the preparation of Submissions, Proposals and Binders.
  • Review and analyze insurance policies for deficiencies compared to current exposures of a Prospect's insurance program.
  • Creation of customized CSCR for all lines of coverage.

Responsibilities

  • The Placement Broker Executive administers the creation, development and presentation of the Conner Strong & Buckelew Consultative Review (CSCR), in addition to providing support in the marketing of new business opportunities
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of an Insured or Prospect's business operations and the insurance policies necessary to best protect the assets of the corporation and the owners of the business.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
  • Power Point, Excel and Word required.
  • Ability to work within an agency management system with training.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in an ever changing high pressure organization/environment.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without Company sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Bachelors Degree (Business or Risk Management preferred).

Compensation

  • Salary for this position ranges from $100,000.00 - $145,000.00.
  • The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education.
  • In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
