About the role

Wavetronix Custodian Our custodians are critical to the success of Wavetronix.
This position is responsible for performing routine as well as specialized cleaning in the buildings at our Wavetronix Springs campus.
This role involves preparing and resetting rooms for daily use, operating equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, and sprayers, and assisting with event setup and furniture moving as requested.

There are some physical demands required of this job and applicants must be able to meet these to successfully perform the essential duties of this job.
Employees will frequently reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl, and must be able to work regular 8-hour shifts.
This role also requires the ability to communicate effectively with team members both verbally and in writing, and must learn and use our Facilities Link management software daily.

Have a knowledge of the supplies and machines used in the Wavetronix Custodial circle.
