- Conducts thorough medical examinations of referred patients upon reporting to the assigned facility, adhering to clinic treatment policies and all relevant state and federal regulations.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in an approved and accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Experience 2 years' experience as a Nurse Practitioner Licenses/Certifications Must have and maintain current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner within the state of employment.
- Must have and maintain current CPR certification.
- Must have or be willing to obtain DATA 2000 Waiver prior to employment.

- Key Responsibilities Conducts thorough medical examinations of referred patients upon reporting to the assigned facility, adhering to clinic treatment policies and all relevant state and federal regulations.
- Responds promptly to health emergencies following standard protocols, reviews records as necessary, and utilizes available resources for problem resolution before considering off-site referrals.
- Prescribes tailored patient care regimens, upholding confidentiality standards and contributing insights to facility committees upon request from the Site Medical Director or Health Services Administrator.
