Responsibilities
- This position collaborates closely with the Director of Content, Digital Services teammates, and cross-department stakeholders to plan, create, and improve user-centered content.
- The Content Strategist also leads training and engagement efforts to empower City staff to maintain high-quality, accessible content.
- Develop and evolve resident-centered content standards and ensure consistent application across departments
- Lead content audits, migrations, and redesign efforts for phila.gov and related digital services
Requirements
- The successful candidate must be a city of Philadelphia resident within six months of hire
Compensation
- $80,000 - $90,000
