About the role
- Our Event Marketers attend promotional events including, but not limited to, home shows, fairs, 3rd party retail sites, and more, as a unified team of representatives.
- Event Marketers play a pivotal role in our company's success.
- They are an agent of the company, bringing our solutions directly to consumers and setting the expectation for how Renewal by Andersen respects the honor of being welcomed into our customers' homes.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a healthy team culture by engaging in the team group chat conversation, supporting team members, and offering help where needed
- Maintain a safe and productive environment in both the office and the field
Requirements

- Must be highly organized and intrinsically motivated

- Ensure you have all the necessary equipment daily

- Ability to develop rapport with the team and prospective homeowners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Tendency to embrace challenge with a resilient mindset
- Possession of a valid Driver's License with an insurable driving record per company standards
- To drive an RBA or personal vehicle employees are required to hold a valid Driver's License and current auto insurance as required by law, be an approved driver by RbA's insurance, and provide copies to the Human Resource department
- Willingness to reasonably withstand the elements throughout each season
- This job will have you working in the field in a variety of weather conditions including, but not limited to heat, cold, rain, and wind. It is important that you observe all safety protocols and protect yourself and team members during the workday.
- There may be times where due to weather conditions, field work may be called off. This will be decided at the discretion of the Non-Traditional Marketing Manager and will be communicated to the team before the start of the workday. In these instances, alternative work such as training or role playing may be done in lieu of field work.

Compensation
- Hourly, paid semimonthly
- Eligibility for demo bonuses, and commission on sales per the Event Marketing Employee Agreement & Compensation Plan. Renewal by Andersen reserves the right to amend this compensation structure.
